History of the Laird Woman:
Lynessa was born and bred right in Bree. Like any disobediant child she had a knack for getting herself into trouble. Despite her shinanigins she was more so the apple of her Mothers eye more then her Father. She had her Mothers beauty but her Fathers strength and heart. Right from the time of birth she was a complication. Getting stuck mid canal she was cut from her mothers stomach. She proved to be bigger then most babes her age. A 11pds of pure heartiness. Abnoramally strong at the age of three she could hold things that most three year olds couldnt. Wherever her Father went, she went. Campaigns, Battlefields, Clan Meetings, she attended. A wooden sword was placed in her hand first before the steel. She was trained by the Captain although Females hardly were seen in battle she was the first in her Fathers Clan to take the sword. The time of woman should be seen but not heard was over. She was heard and they listened. She fought with such heart, despite her strength. She was a strategic player and most of the men felt intimidated by her. She had a solemn bedside matter more so she was married to the battlefield.
There came a point in time when her Father would leave for months at a time leaving Lyna with the village protecting the women, the elders, and the children. He would take the best of the stock of men, leaving the village defensless against invaders while he was away. Lyna hated him for that. He was more concerned in riches , women, and the farmland more then his people. Soon his own daughter saw less and less of the man she new and more of the asshole he became.
All that was about to turn around. All it took was a Ship, its crew, and someone hungerier then her Father to want the lands, and its people within. His name was Gabriel the new Laird of Torstvedt.
